Self-limiting beliefs “whatever the mind can conceive and believe the mind can achieve”
Napoleon Hill

#3 “I am not a natural on camera-I look unprofessional”
#4 “I get nervous and feel I am not me on camera”
#5 “It’s easy for other people but not me”
#6 “I am not important enough”
#7 “I don’t have the skills to be on camera”
The Good News …
You’re not the only not the only person who feels this way.
A belief is just that. It’s just a belief. It’s a perception of yourself that can be changed.
You have learned these traits from when you were a baby.
Everything we know has been learned.
Think about riding a bicycle for the first time……. or driving a car.
You didn’t know how to do it when you were born, or before you started.
You will not be a competent cyclist or driver straight away. You are taught about pedalling and steering the bike. You gradually improve with practice and help from someone who understands. It’s the same with a car. There are pedals and levers and switches, mirrors,….
Yet now if you ride a bike or drive a car you can do it without thinking about these things. You will hopefully get even better with practice, confidence and experience.
We just need to rewrite the pattern in our minds. That means rewriting the script and overwriting the previous thoughts with the “I CAN do this” mindset.
The fixed mindset “I can’t do this I’ve never been able to do this”.
The growth mindset “I can learn this – I can do it with some help”.
That’s where I come in. I show you how.
